Qs performance review is a joke. Layoff should focus on so-called high performance ones. Those ones are nothing but more binded than low score guys. Let go those high ones like lots of principal engineers, directors and senior directors, vps are right direction to go. Q has too many incompetent high titles they are binded to corrupt Q.
In core meeting, we can identify and fire leads.
