If after the latest round you haven't started looking for a new job, then you deserver anything that's coming down the line - none of which will be good. More work, fewer bennies, lower pay, more layoffs...that is the new Fiserv normal. Every single person should be trying to get away from it.

I think everyone would like to be looking for another job but look at the market. Are you smoking.
Your labor are being siphoned up to the Wall Street fat cats doing nothing but leeching. Once they su-k all of us dry, time to dump the whole thing.
I procrastinated for multiple years because the task of finding a job was just so daunting. I got out earlier this year for more pay + benefits and better work life balance.
It's definitely not easy but totally worth it in the end. Give yourself incremental steps that you feel like you can actually accomplish, and have deadlines, and have friends hold you accountable.
Example: have resume finished by the first week of December.
Do two practice interviews by Christmas.
Apply to at least one job a week after the first week of January.
Etc
It's tough, especially with the amount of overwork at firserv, but it's doable!

This really isn’t anything new. This has been true since they brought the useless coward on. Anyone who thinks they aren’t a potential target really hasn’t been paying attention.
