You post this about once very three months. Gets tiresome.
You “Teammates” are going to keep your Chief Teammate Officer Mrs. Moore-Wrong from getting anymore awards with all this union talk. Shame on you, just go talk to your HR folks and they will fix all these issues. Your award winning CTO must not be aware of SunTruist issues you are having.
Don’t unionize and keep bending over and taking it (reduced 401k match, 4 (soon to be 5) days in the office. The bonus is you can say “lol” and insult people who like the idea. Hopefully it makes you feel temporarily better about your internal misery.
