I figured there’s no point. We all expect some kind of decency, respect for our work, and the recognition of our results. It’s not happening, and it never will. With a very uncertain future and the axe swinging around our heads all the time, why would any one of us see our relationship with Dell and our mgmt as anything but transactional? And while we are at it, why don't each one of us look only after our own interests? They can stick motivational cr-p about being a family, sharing burden, and pulling together, in their behinds.

No worries, neither does your Sr. Mgmt.
Congrats on achieving enlightenment
Many VP and Dr. Dir in PdM still hiding behind AI initiatives. They are not being let go. Until that happens, all those lower ranked the employees in their orgs will pay the price for their wrong decision.
Dell's the Mcdonald's of tech. It's a job. A stepping stone. It's supposed to be temp till you actually get a real career.
Dell used to be such a great place to work until it wasn’t. Senior leadership had a plan to reinvent Dell and here we are. The plan: let everyone go who had a different opinion or thought. Cannot have employees who don’t kiss a$$ and don’t pledge blind loyalty. Sad to see this company go this low
Unfortunately this company is setting it up so there will be minimal growth in your job. Just more work. Nothing to really work towards.
You can look at it in two ways.I work for Dell and valued as an employee and as such I am lucky to have a job.
Or take pride in ones self and realise that you are worth more than the way they treat us and as such you carry out your work to a high standard and as such they are lucky to have you.In which case the sh-t they talk and the cr-p they roll out doesnt worry you so much.
Basically f&£k them.
Your just a number so just do your day.No more no less.No going above and beyond.Just 9 to 5.
It's just a job and a paycheck.
