I’ve been trying for months. Few offers and all of them not worth considering. I’m beginning to be desperate. I wouldn’t give a damn about the state of Citrix, its sh---y ways, toxicity at the workplace, and layoffs if I knew there were other options. But the job market is in a bad shape, and I feel cornered.

Most ex-Citrites landed excellent roles in good companies in this crazy job market. Just keep trying!
Agreed on the Job market....it is brutal out there.
Good luck on the dividends ...that is a great idea.
It’s for this exact reason that I’ve been trying to replace some income with dividends. I’m up to $42,000 a year in dividends. So, a lot less than I’ve been making, but enough to survive without dipping into savings while weathering the bad market.
