Contacting HR after layoff

What is the protocol for reaching out to HR to report misconduct after being laid off? Don’t want to risk severance.

Step 1 - get a lawyer to draft your report
Step 2 - have the lawyer mail it to the company and a copy to congressman and, if misconduct is systemic, a copy to SEC.

Get your serance and when it's over then rip on them anonymously. I know the knee jerk reaction would be satisfying but you will live to regret it

Yeah.. shut up, take the money and forget about this place.. you are only going to bring harm to yourself and by extention anyone who depends on you for support...

It's called the D.U.M.B. protocol. You can surely apply but bear in mind you should pay attention on getting the severance and not paying it back. My advice is not to report anything, get the severance and move on. HR protects the company not the employee.78
