This might be my breaking point. I’ve endured everything Qualcomm has thrown at me over the last eight years, from loss of benefits to constant layoffs, but this guy is going to be the one who pushes me to quit. He has no idea what he’s doing, yet he thinks he can dictate my every move – and wrongly at that! And somehow, I’m the one who gets blamed when things go wrong. It’s been a month, and I’m about done.

Op: Karma will bite. Some sort sighted individual digging their own grave.
I know exactly how you feel, I was gaslighted for a year until a complaint was made to HR and after months of back and forth I was moved to another manager, Qcom loves these kind of leadership, they protect them. My ex manager still is there "managing" and being an a-s. So yeah, Qcom su-ks and allows this kind of behaviour.
Better leave . Good Bye
