I see a lot of people complaining about work and management but I'd be curious if anyone is considering leaving? If yes, where would you go. I think every company has issues and the grass is only maybe a bit greener than here. But at the same time we work for an established company and pay is regular - it's hard to ask for more than that. I've been without job before and I am very grateful I have a job right, Disney is far from prefect but it's OK for me.

I dunno. There wasn't much THere there imho. So I left. Looking at the content and the state of the parks I'm ashamed to have worked there... I generally don't tell people about it.
In reality, it’s just a theme park operation. I’m not sure why so many value being treated poorly and unvalued. Sure, it’s everywhere but at least everywhere else you get paid better and at least don’t have to sacrifice time away. I left last week after being there for 25 years. I was scared but it was the best decision I’ve ever made. However I’m not a Disney die hard fan like most adults that work there. We have to grow up sometime and can’t live off our dreams. Make something of yourself and live outside the bubble!
It probably depends on where you are in your life and career. I work for another major media company and while some people have left on their own, some who have have actually come back.
Since I've built 19 years of professional equity here, I'm not in a rush to leave on my own. At the same time, I am unburdened by stress over the job. I still put in 100% but it's clear that the company has no loyalty to its employees so my willingness to go above and beyond or ki-l myself no longer exists. If the company decides it no longer needs me I will take my severance and find something else.
It’s been awfully quiet over here.
Soon enough, many people won’t have a choice
I'm not liking what the future looks like. I say if you have employment, hold onto it for now.
