Anyone have any intel on region alignments for Jan? Im hearing opposite scenarios: going to two regions. And also adding a fourth region. Disgruntled employees no need to respond. Looking for real info.

Do you really think they are going to let us "little people " know whats going on. They are so concerned about cost cutting but hundreds of dollars a day walk out the door because this company is too afraid to get tough on shoplifters. Its a disgrace and ITS GOT TO STOP. The filth that walks in our stores and helps themselves as they walk out or fill a bag in fitting room must be taken down. We cannot survive as a profitable company with this going on its just ridiculous
Agreed. The more cuts, the less opportunity.
I think the real issue is the overall direction of the company. If you are someone looking to grow and prosper here, is that something you could honestly be optimistic about? Sadly it seems as if the company’s best days are behind us. Anyone looking for a secure future would be foolish not to consider the landscape the company is currently in. My two cents.
Do tell. Which positions should we be worried about?
Reduce operating expense in the field? We just added to the Division teams…. Sounds like they will be cut.
Region reductions not slated to happen until S26 to coincide with the closing of the remaining stores slated to be shuttered. There will be realignments in the divisions most impacted by closing stores this January.
Of more interest will be organizational changes that will be announced February after the Pulse survey. These changes will support the N75 rollout and reduce operating expense in both the field and corporate teams in conjunction with additional streamlining and process enhancements.
More to come in the near future, stay tuned.
