Anyone know what it will be this year? I’m hearing it will be less than 0.4. Ouch.

30% is max...most people will get between 20 and 25% is my guess. Merit is going to be really bad also, probably in the 2% range.
30% bonus means 30% work ethic will be given.
Probably negative bonus by year end. We'll be paying David for the privilege of working here.
