Really taking care of the folks that protect us every day - that’s real patriotism right there. Another glaring example of incompetence.
The annual ethics training is to ensure that they can terminate or sue you if you violate any policies. By taking the training, whether you pay attention or learn anything from it, says you understand all their rules and policies and if you violate it you can be terminated with no recourse and possibly sued. It’s a CYA for Dell not you
