Yeah meeting with people 2 levels above you. No. I don't think it's because you care about what I'm doing. People are naive.
Over the next 12 to 24 months, CVS Health will undergo ongoing restructuring, consolidation, and layoffs. The company is working to reduce duplication, increase automation, and simplify its operations to clarify its strategy for steady growth and earnings.
If you can handle the stress in this environment, where panic is common and people may not be acting rationally, and it doesn’t negatively impact your mental health, then consider staying. The job market is currently flooded with talent, and recruiters are overwhelmed with applications; it’s not unusual for candidates to be left without response even after multiple rounds of interviews.

Research companies using sites like Glassdoor to understand what current employees say about their work environments.
Just remember, what you feel and observe at CVS Health is valid. Do your best to deflect negativity. The company is trying to recover from previous errors while also reassuring and satisfying shareholders and investors. People are simply trying to survive during this turbulent time.
Do or have you ever worked at CVS or its subsidiaries?
If no, get out of here. Stop trying to create consevercy troll.
Please leave. We don’t want you.
