Today in the West division, they are announcing layoffs for tech and network also from manager and directors and VSP packages were also given out, their last days will be in the month of January

Comcast has become a foreign company.
Sales and support are being laid off. Comcast Business is being cut heavily. They have shifted jobs to overseas workers. Some in India under Tata and the Philippines as well. The Manilla workers were hired as Comcast employees to that Comcast can skirt the WARN Act where they would be required to notify state and federal agencies of layoffs over a certain amount. Don't let the fact that the workers in Manilla are Comcast employees make you think that they are paid as an equivalent American Comcast employee....no no no. They are paid pennies on the dollar and have little to no benefits. These workers are not very good but are very cheap for Comcast. Customers, big Comcast customers are going to freak out more when they find out that they are paying millions a year for their business communications and receive garbage support. Comcast is currently trying to mitigate the poor language barrier that exists on calls, they have tried to have an "AI Assistant" read out the words that the support people say. Well, it hasn't even come close to working...lol Comcast is a company in steep decline. Greed has caused this.
