Thread regarding Charles Schwab Corp. layoffs

How long before they close the St. Louis office?

Multiple long-tenured Managers have recently left, nothing on the activities calendar for 2025, hot food vendor replaced for gas station quality sandwiches, no hiring in STL, etc.

The writing is on the wall....

Yeah our St. Louis office probably won't last too much longer.... Haven't heard anything yet, but I'm working on building up my resume.... Going to try and wait till bonuses are paid out before I run.

I’ve been preparing since they downsized the building. I wish they would just do it before our forced shift change. They want us to quit

It's so sad about STL. Execs continue to overlook not only the talent there but how earnest and scrappy the people in STL are. So much talent an d experience on one of the nicest (and cheapest) locations. Likeability is clearly not a factor for advancement at Schwab.
