What are we thinking about Navi? Big hit early 2025? Anyone hearing anything?

Legacy Navi care coordinators are having to deal with constantly moving goal posts. I don’t understand why goals and metric expectations have to change a couple of times in a year. Who does that?!!!
My prediction is that the “nH Predict/Outcome tool” will be fully eradicated in the near future and deemed illegal by the government. QIO is already overturning a LOT of appeals so yeah, we are witnessing a slow death of this “proprietary algorithmic tool that is supposed to ensure the best discharge planning” because home is the best place to be. Even if you are only walking 30’ with moderate assist. Because being readmitted after falling at home is more cost-effective than extending a few days.
HHCC were told to keep options open in case layoffs come in Jan
Do you mean Optum (used to be Navi?)--as in, remote Pre-Service Coordinators who review from Acute to SNF or Acute rehab? (I thought Navi was no longer and had fully switched over to Optum).
Yes, but when you say H&C on here, people think landmark etc.

I have no earthly idea how Navi is hanging on. Half the employees seem to be leaving of their own volition, the rest of us are wising up and have reached our breaking point. My job hunt will continue after Thanksgiving. I'm willing give up remote and look for in office work just to get away from the incompetence.
