Sitting here on another pointless TEAMS call where LD's ramble on about processes and procedures that no one ever heard of that could have been communicated in an email.. no documentation, just verbal blah blah blah process improvement yadda yadda.. blind leading the blind.. gets me seething because not only have we been failed by the highest CVS execs, the id--ts that remain in leadership roles are still lost and totally worthless.. ugh... sticking around as long as the checks cash, but all hope for any true meaningful progress is long gone...
