Just curious to see if NCR still supports Macys. I know originally back in 2019 that it was only supposed to be a 4 to 5 year contract.

As a long time former Macys Tech CE yes the contract was renewed in August for 3 more years. A little surprised but Macys knew they needed us around for a while longer before they implement their new POS systems which are in development. I am still with Voyix for now but definitely looking for another position elsewhere as Upper Management of this company is terrible.
Yes they are and they are deploying CSM to their environment next.
