Well, 17% is still not hitting the 20% target so instead of a bunus you need to pray that they won't lay you off to squeeze a further 3%. Good luck
Unfortunately the "bonus" the rest of us will receive is spelled a different way (BoneUs) than the ones the execs will receive.
