This is the worst! “Oh look, these leaders are serving ME…how special!” It’s so ridiculous and further demonstrates how out of touch the company is with modern times. It’s almost as tacky and cliche as having Udit dress up and play Santa. This is what happens when you have disconnected leaders trying to relate to employees - complete and utter cringe.
Yes, it's embarrassing. I think they also feel uncomfortable in this role and don't do it of their own free will.
