Looks like missing OKR goals was a criteria for ISsP. Shows how a nice concept like OKR can be turned toxic by the current mgmt team !

I’m never updated my okrs… even if yes most of them not really meet …

Out of paranoia I always randomly make a couple okrs as far exceeding results. I was around for act, I’m waiting on them to pull out one of these “don’t worry it won’t count against you” metrics…to use against you.
How would you like to be chosen for promotions @OP ? Based on what documentation of work ?

I have first hand knowledge that is not true.
Do not spread baseless rumors. Every unit may have applied different criteria.
