They will send you the forms after you leave. Also, if you leave in November, Intel insurance is only good to end of Nov. After, you need to wait for Cobra cards, which will be mailed after Jan 1, but backdated. My understanding, is nothing needs to be done to get Cobra. Only if you want changes to your plans, do you file open enrollment. Avoid docs in December.
Workday is trash.
And follow up meticulously bc MyChoice customer knowledge/experience is not the best. They give out incorrect information or say they'll send email and they don't. . . or your medical gets canceled bc the customer rep didn't tell you about critical dates. It's a mess. Maybe they're better now.
