Boeing and GE will both be history in twenty years. With this kind of leadership who needs a wrecking ball.

Sadly, this company has been GE since stonecipher took it over. stonecipher, mcnerney, calhoun all hailed from GE. Both companies rammed into the ground by non-engineering management. Engineering used to be rock-solid at BA. Not anymore. Sad.
What else would you expect from an uneducated workforce.
The longer this strike goes on, the more jobs will not come back. Keep that in mind as you strike for a higher offer that will end of being a layoff for many employees, including some your buddies striking along side of you, or even you.
Wanting a pension is unrealistic. Most companies no longer offer pensions and offset that by better matching in 401K plans.
