Salaried full time Talent Acquisition Specialists were hit hard the past 3 ish years with rounds of layoffs and they are now hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist Contractor and also they are hiring a separate hourly band 5 Talent Acquisition Specialist when those who had been with the company were band 7s, tenured of multiple years and had nicely compensated salaries. Some of the layoffs happened in the last 6 months or a little less.
Be very very very cautious joining this company. This is something they do often and just quite sad.
