And for those of you blaming IAM for your layoff or not getting a 40% increase in pay - stop with your entitled whining - get.over.your.selves.
IAM - please know it’s mostly non-managers getting hit w layoffs. Management and execs that caused this will stay untouched as they are the same ppl making the layoff decisions so don’t cheer for this affecting them because it won’t so go easy on us too
And for this CEO - past behavior is best predictor of future behavior… the stockholders will like him ok but Keep expectations on culture loooowwwwww
Shareholders - shame on you for not demanding for more visionary thinking for our American sweetheart company. Such a shame
