You new hires should push for higher ratification bonus for all the time missed.

I have been uneducated all my life just sitting back watching the educated make poor decisions . If the educated could only uneducated themselves maybe they could tie their own shoes. I know it's wishful thinking but I believe the pension will be back before that happens.

They say it's high risk, then just cap it at 10-25% of their portfolio
Boeing should just move the $5000 401k bonus to the ratification bonus because these high school drop outs dont know how to 401k works.
