It is no surprise that Altice is unable to retain good talent (sinking ship, poor pay, tarnished reputation). What is a surprise, is that they don't even try to hide the fact that a good bulk of the "new guys" are so underqualified for the positions they are.
Take NOC. New guys comes in. He has been in the position for months at this point, and still doesn't know who reports to him, what their responsibilities are, or who does what. He doesn't even make an effort to understand what has to be done. He doesn't talk to his people. Doesn't try to to know any of them, or their backgrounds.
He doesn't fight for backfills, assigns wrong jobs to the wrong people (Ie: have a billing issue? lets contact Outside Plant to see if they can fix it).
Altice is inundated with " incompetents", and now they can add a new person to the list.
