From the looks of it Walgreens is preparing for a buyout or to file bankruptcy. Which one will it be???? How about don’t pay millions a year to the top people in the company who brought the company down to begin with??? Reviews are a joke, scoring people lower on purpose to not give raises or smallest raises possible…… if you’re wondering why you didn’t get a good review or not as high as normal, it’s because your manager was told not to give you a good one by the higher ups!!!! Everything is crooked.

The ex-FAANG guy is tooting his own ho-n a bit too much and is clearly alienating others, but he has a point. There are way too many consultants at Walgreens and to put it bluntly, these people don't give a cr-p at all about the company. Their entire job is to keep making up more unnecessary problems to solve as this will make them look good and boost the business of their own employers. I'm not saying that consultants don't have a purpose, but Walgreens leadership has clearly mismanaged and misunderstood how to successfully leverage them.
Ex-FANG employees represent a significant opportunity for Walgreens and it was one time chance here. These highly educated Ex-FANGs from great American universities are highly values. Unfortunately, many of you seem to approach this opportunity with jealousy rather than collaboration. While you work with vendors and spend substantial amounts of money, I, as an Ex-FANG employee, am eager to contribute to high-quality work.
Many vendors prioritize their profits over the interests of Walgreens and its customers, often delivering low-quality results. By allowing vendors to make decisions on your behalf, it’s the organization that suffers, not the vendors.
I come from a great university, great work experiences and possess valuable skills that could benefit the company. However, I often feel rejected when I offer my expertise because you are very selfish. It seems that Walgreens may not only lack strong leadership but also a dedicated workforce. I genuinely feel for you, as the current challenges you face are a consequence of these behaviors. Hope you learned this.
Ask Neal Sample! He knows why asking right questions is better than answering all questions ! This man is unbelievable b****s
We could do both! hehe. Many companies do both.
You're naive if you think performance reviews are meant to accurately reflect your performance.
