Why the he-l someone got kicked out the door and coming back?
With all due respect, I'd suggest moving on from Intel. By moving to another company you expand your network, skills. etc. Intel has too many issues to overcome and it's going to take time to rebuild the morale. I also read somewhere that going back to a company that volunteered you to be laid off is not a good idea, even if it has nothing to do with your performance. See this as an opportunity to expand your horizons and open new doors.
Heard your pay checks will be deducted automatically until the payback amount is done.
Just don’t tell them. Dont pay back a dime
remember, you have to repay the full pre-tax amount, not just the net received.
There is no way on earth I’d repay anything - I’d make them wait for a start date … IF and that’s a huge IF they could make me an offer than tempted me back to the dumpster fire.

it's in the CPM plan document,
I believe the payback decreases by 8.5% each month..
so after 3 months, you would pay back about 75%.
At 10 or 11 months the payback is 0%
