So in effect, Matt is saying that Matt hasn't accomplished anything? Like any CEO, right? Cheap talk and profit.
Sounds like a coaching issue...... Perhaps the coach should be fired.
If you employees didn't accomplish anything, then why are they getting paid? There must be something wrong in the premise here.
