What did CommScope give you this year? Despite going above and beyond my duties, I only received a 3% raise.

Dude, it's been nearly three years since we, the transferred employees to Vantiva, have seen any raises—two years under CommScope and almost one with Vantiva. They haven't even transferred our performance plans and results over to Vantiva, despite me consistently being a top performer.
Get a second job and sc--w COMMSCOPE, until they wise up!!!!
With meagre rise and despicable bonus.i now only do bare minimum as they use and abuse employees who work hard imo
