United Health Group optum are dropping employees and making it seem as though the employees metric are not up to standards, They aren't a honest company, inside of being honest to the employees why the are making company cuts they rather cheat on metrics to not give sovereign pay to hard working employees
We worked hard for them getting them surveys and the still terminated
They don't care about their employees they have bo respect for their employees, they play mind games and want you to stress about losing your job, mean while they top people on the chain of command are taking vacation and at ease other wise not caring the less
