@Anon
The OP can't give you anymore than what they provided without...
-
Risking Exposure of their identity /Whistleblowing activity putting themselves and family at significant risk
-
Risking the same scenario above for those who confided in them about these revelations
-
If you are still seeking validation of the OPs comments, Google is a great place to start.

Asset Sales - https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20241030109252/en/Francisco-Partners-to-Acquire-AdvancedMD-from-Global-Payments
I have also heard we are close on the Payroll Asset sale as well...

Ops Migration
The August 2024 Riff was expressed to accomplish the migration of operations outside the US (the beginning of this strategic plan), if you read or listen to comments made in town halls, investor calls, etc. you can read between the lines IF you know what to listen or look for (now you do :D).
The OP indicated it could be delayed to Q1 2025 and now there are other whistleblowers, stating a layoff is imminent in May 2025. OP called it, but our leaders can't even meet financial/development/product/partner & or client deadlines; no shock they can't meet their own deadlines 😂

Office Closures
I can't speak in absolutes, but I believe there were 1-2 smaller offices closed since this was posted. Could be wrong, but they weren't the big ones on their list.
The location nearest to me was caught throwing away sealed, never opened hardware such as monitors, headsets, etc.. acquired for WFH efforts. The IT personnel at this location were told that it would be expensed and filed as a "loss and written-off". Selling or returning these items would be fruitless after the cost to facilitate such activities. This occured while many whom operate near this office have been denied WFH equipment (like my team) and are forced at times to shuffle their gear (PC, monitors, etc) to and from the office as needed... a bad look for a 'stable fortune 500 company'
The location I describe is listed in the OPs list. I can only hope its inaccurate but to the OPs point, consider preparing if you haven't, so far he hasn't missed...
Good luck to you and everyone, including the people commenting here with "Cringe". What's cringe is the entire reality of the situation that WE are facing together, even if you are too blind and or ignorant to see it. I can only challenge you to reflect and listen because thousands of us are screaming, hoping you will see the devestation of our organization and workforce.
You're comment leads me to speculate you may be the "Director and above" leaders referenced by the OP. Perhaps, you should listen and reflect instead of writing it off, look at all of the upvotes on this post and others that are similar or the overwhelming relatable comments made by others within our organization on these posts.
Acknowledge the decline in moral, accountability, etc. and wake-up. The OP may be expressing themself and may not mean to 'attack' you personally but he's right. I share their frustrations as a leader, and I feel validated on a spiritual-level with their remarks.
If you can't self reflect, and empathize with us all you're doing is proving the OP right 😂 so thanks for that! 💕
Consider that Cameron is not Frank Bisignano, and that the company may experience the doom FirstData was luckily able to avoid due to Frank, and the culture/leaders he brought into their organization.
We had that same spark once, it was "Client Success" my legacy division quickly became the largest contributor to Globals revenue after our shift and successful merger of APT/PPI, yet they weeded out or pushed away all the leaders who inspired us with this vision, this success, and replaced them with leaders from the failing TSYS organization. Only to realize that mistake and pass us over to Heartland who has no real modern payments experience much like Global Direct and well as we know... Vince is flying around in a plane with his golden parachute since Heartland Leadership was so incompetent and prioritized only Heartland initiatives. That's why the last 4 or 5 years we haven't accomplished anything, why we contracted McKenzie, and why we are where are now. I feel bad for Bob C. - he now is tasked with cleaning up the mess when in reality he should have continued to own NA payments, he was the Leader who oversaw the APT/PPI merger and it was a success.
Now Bob is without the many 'All-stars' who helped make it happen and is stuck with the incompetent leaders from TSYS & Heartland.
Good luck Bob, I hope you can save the sinking ship and restore the values and vision we once shared, for me though it's too late. Like my peers, former and current front-line leaders, I will not clinge to the things ki-ling the collective us.
It's time to move on and I encourage anyone that resonates with my commwnt or the OP to do the same.
P.S.
Many frontline Leaders like myself are just waiting for bonuses to be paid out (April) before we make our exit, Porzo already announced his departure, many of us intend to follow.
We love our teams and appreciate that many people like the OP can see the efforts and sacrifices we made, we don't want to abandon you but we were not successful in getting our leaders to wake-up.
You can't cling to the things that ki-l you like the sinking ship (Global) that you're on, you must swim away, it's the only way to save yourself.
