SR su-ks and is destroying whatever culture we have left. We have so many people who want to jump ship.
That's what happens when you hire a bunch of people from Oracle, Teradata and Microsoft. SR is clueless and talks a big game.
Everyone that I talk to. Personally, I have no faith in the CEO who despite what success he may have had at Google is failing upwards.
The company is slowly becoming more like Oracle. Arbitrary bureaucracy that destroy productivity, blaming the workers for the lower stock price, rumors of a hiring freeze (for dev at least) in fiscal 2026, etc.
