Am I crazy or does it really seem like the payroll line of business is going to be sold off from GPN?
Reasons I think so:
Cam’s mention of a divestiture in the shareholder conference
Friends in different departments have mentioned reporting requests in line with those prepared for placing a valuation on a company/line of business
Complete lack of Genius re-branding for payroll assets
General weird vibes from teams that work with payroll
