Rumored to be around 40k with tiered commission on monthly payout.
Any new hires know exactly what the pilot program is ? Pay structure

I left Lowe’s over this and now work for a flooring dealer. I now work Mon-Fri with occasional half Saturdays and absolutely no Sundays, and make much more money. If you are good at sales, you are crazy to stay at Lowe’s in this position. There are hourly employees with no responsibilities that make $40k/yr.
Marv and small hands joe didnt like that a lot of the better ihc's were bringing home more than his store and district managers lol.
"Rumored it starts at 3% volume tiered monthly and goes up to 15% at top tier
Commissions payout start at 40,000 volume and 30% minimum margin. Commission tiers not retroactive.
Reducing from average of 70-80k salary no commission, quarter bonuses to 40k salary and commission starting after 40k sold volume paid once a month.
Sell less than 40k a month make only salary. Only products to sell door window fence"
Hope that they just pay commission instead of waiting for the individual to hit 40k sales volume first. Essentially then, each ihc is selling 120k a year for free?
Sounds like they are bringing back the pay structure to what it was a few years ago but with sh*t terms now.
Management must sit around a table yearly and ask, "how can we slowly f*CK over our employees?"

Lowe's can never make up their mind on this program- Current IHC Salary- $72K with no commission. Feb 2025- Overnight the Salary gets cut to $30K-$40K with commission. No ramp up time. Who can afford a $42K cut overnight???? There is going to be ANOTHER mass exodus of decent salespeople. Lowe's Corporate is on dr-gs- again.
What are they making now?
Wow .. can’t see anyone sticking around
Base 40k, plus 8-12% commission. That's the new pay scale for all new and current IHC employees
