Worked there years ago... still a sh!t I see. That place was "run" by pure incompetence and zero accountability. Couldn't have gotten out there fast enough!
What’s even more of a joke is no supervisors or managers got kicked to the curb! The ones running this into the bottom of the ocean are free of repercussions.
When you have a GM that clearly doesn’t care for his team of employees, always finds a way to sc--w the employees and the company to keep his paycheck, you get this wonderful sh-t storm that is Weatherford in Huntsville. Plant has seen 5 GM’s in 4 years. Quality has definitely gone out the window. Their current QC manager is a clown. Inspection is a joke. Are they API certified?? One would think corporate would take notice of the GM problems they have there, and stop making excuses and allowing cuts to be made by this sorry excuse of a GM and his daily BS. Im not an employee, Im a customer and we have already began purchasing elsewhere . Maybe some viral videos will raise some awareness will help bring attention to an API issues we see in the field. Stay tuned, videos coming SOON. Tired of seeing good people get treated like this.
