Winnebago Industries has announced it will be laying off 33 workers from its Forest City facility Nov. 22.
The recreational vehicle and boat manufacturer made the announcement on Iowa’s Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification, or WARN, site.
Winnebago officials did not respond to a request for comment Wednesday.
The company had previously announced in July the closing of a 56,000-square-foot plant where camper vans were manufactured, the smaller of two facilities it had in Charles City. Winnebago moved that line to its facility in Lake Mills, affecting 36 workers.
