I dont know about anyone else but this commission structure is absolute bullsh-t. Im sick and tired of working my a-s off to raise my margin and then you have depts like pricing, delivery, css, billing all sc--wing it up because they cant do their jobs properly. This whole thing is one big sh-t show and its embarrassing to work for a company like this now.

This company needs a transformational leader that assembles a team that doesn’t play afraid. Not the current way of try everything and see what sticks. The retail stores are a mess, with empty shelves everywhere. More Amazon returns than paying customers. Cutting hours so the bread and butter Print dept can’t do their jobs. The stores are physically worse than before the big push to clean them up. Corporate employees are walking on egg shells worrying about getting let go in a few weeks. Sales - see initial comment. Just a mess. A once great company will soon be no more.
The entire company is a clown show.
