Has anyone else heard rumors about more layoffs coming in November? My team's already been hit hard in previous rounds, and I'm not sure how we'd even manage if it happens again. It’s getting tough to see how we can keep things running if we lose more people.

I am just curious how they avoided the WARN act as it was. There was enough people laid off to require it.
I haven’t heard November, but looking at the calendar, seems like IF it happens, it would be November 21. Rolling layoffs allows them to avoid WARN act. Now that they are cutting into patient facing clinical roles, seems like everyone’s position is potentially on the table.
That doesnt seem to be a concern. I've seen entire 50 person teams laid off earlier in the year, and there is no knowledge transfer or onboarding happening for those contractors or offshore teams coming in. They have no clue what to do because they fired everyone who would have been able to train them. Leadership just says 'get it done'. They truly don't care. They'd sell the air out of their own life raft if they thought it'd make em a quick buck and look good.
This is the team until January 9 2025. Congratulations, you made it.
