Just had our all-hands meeting with DS. Almost 500 staff on the call. Talked about our many successes but ZERO mention of last week’s RIF notifications and impacts. Is she really that out of touch???? How is she still with Optum?

I am one of those notified last Thursday. Missed opportunity today to thank those of us let go for our contributions to the company.
If you think a company SHOULD discuss layoffs on meetings with 500 people you're nuts.

The meeting the person referenced in the original post was today, prior to the UHG meeting with JR.
There was another meeting today (Tuesday)? There's an all employee meeting right now with two guys on talking data? The lady CEO is not on it.
I could coach her up. If I have a half gallon of 2% milk and add another of 1% milk, do I now have a gallon of 3% milk?
I agree. She talked about rebadging to Optum like it is a good thing for them but not about the offshoring of their positions where they are left without a job.
