Costs going up for everyone everywhere. Thanks congress. Looks like a modest premium increase honestly. I'm not happy with much going on within shell right now, but these increases aren't unexpected.

I have struggled to find anyone at that price point. Pretty much all of them want $10k+.

They are taking away the learning account too. So use that 2k for financial analysis or something before the end of this year.

The LTD is an improvement, but it’s also considered a taxable benefit. So not entirely β€œfree.”

We are losing lots of benefits. US Home Workplace reimbursement form quietly disappeared right at the 4 year mark when people could apply again. PSPs are down. Education reimbursement was majorly slashed. Health insurance costs up. Changes to disability plans. Etc etc.
