If you don't vote yes on Wednesday, there will be a lot more warn notices that will go out on 11/17. Any guys who are concerned about the pension are old timers and they don't give a cr-p about you newcomers. Why? because you're going to be the ones out the door. Sc--w the pension, the 401k is a great deal. VOTE YES! Save yourself and your job.

Six months before the strike we couldn’t do 20 a month let alone 38. Chopping block getting primed up. Most people will no longer be employed by boing.
There will be layoffs regardless. Dont sell yourself out to C suite for an extra 5% on the last offer. This offer is still lame and doesnt come close to what we want. Be smart and vote Reject.

Vote yes. People must be stupid, the longer we are out, the more damage we will do, WTH is wrong with ppl. We got most of everything we wanted on this contract tomorrow, what more do want? blood, ppl are nuts. Think of others as well, learn how forgive and move on. And stop with this shill cr-p. Company shill. Layoffs are going to happen based on production rates. They hired for 52 a month, but are capped at 38. Kept them on to sway the vote, but it backfired. Will fail easily.
