I know there were layoffs two weeks ago, but considering that only around 100 folks were let go, is anybody else worried that we'll be hit with more any time now?

Pay raises have been sh-t the past few years too. I should’ve taken that as a sign. More layoffs coming

go to job listings and look at the open position locations or go to workday and view how much of the workforce is based on India

For sure more will come. Everyone except the execs and maybe some key sales people will have their jobs shipped to India in the name of "profitable growth". Q2 has lost its identity and is letting go of the very people that built it just to reward Wall Street.
Increase in contractors too. CapEx v OpEx. Your contractor budget can go in the capital expenses & doesn’t mess w headcount budget
Unless you’re based in India, your job is on the chopping block. It’s just a question of when not if. More layoffs are coming, they have been rolling across the org every quarter for over two years now. Get your resume up to date, start applying to jobs.
Jobs are shifting to India. As each India team is ready, expect more US layoffs.
Let me clarify, I didn't hear about anything happening, but I can't stop worrying anyhow.
