A recently merged Kentucky technology company has layoffs on the horizon.
A little more than a month after announcing that it had been acquired, Elizabethtown, Kentucky-based Venminder gave notice it intends to lay off 100 employees.
That’s according to a notice provided by the Kentucky Career Center’s Office of Employer & Apprenticeship Services. The notice was dated Oct. 15, with the projected date listed as Dec. 15.
In September, Nashville, Tennessee-based Ncontracts announced that it had acquired Venminder in a deal that simultaneously involved Hg, a private-equity firm based out of London.
