Using merger as cover for layoffs

The way this tainted company is doing their layoffs is like a medieval practice. Some have to stay until November, some stay through next year. All the while getting to go to all the newco meetings and town halls. Makes you feel warm and fuzzy to hear your team making plans without you. And the culture is on-point, if you aren’t a white male, you shouldn’t apply. Look at the BOD and all the leadership- you may see a white female and ONE person of another race. S-xist, racist, and bigoted. Steer clear of this start up- just another fancy name for Chesapeake.

The entire process was a complete joke! Some of the d-mbest decisions I've ever seen. We spent all this time deciding which system to use from which company. Went with a bunch of custom CHK stuff and then fired the people that keep those systems up and running. This is going to be a disaster.
