I wanted to try something new and resigned 3 weeks ago, but the new gig isn’t working out. So, I reached out to my previous manager, and they are willing to take me back, but I still need to go through the hiring process though. Has anyone been in the same situation before, and how did it turn out? Thanks!

What about people who were laid off but found a higher paying job in the company?
Probably be brought back at less pay too. I’d move on and find something else. This place is a sh-t show.
Rehired after layed off and it worked out fine.. if u want to jump back into the fire, then do so... 🤣
