Legacy products are what’s keeping the lights on.
Sales in next gen are not going well, a full pos software/hardware swap out is too costly and daunting for customers. They’ve invested in years of customisations and can’t move back to a stock pos that offers 40% of existing functionality.
It is really bad to wish someone to lose their job.
Make the new sh-t work then.
LOL.. The legacy maintenance contracts are what's keeping the lights on. Please name me a NextGen product that is currently generating revenue......I'll wait.
