Seems that Dell is using Tell Dell against us. Taking our feedback and internally doing the opposite so that we will leave on our own.

This is how Tell Dell works. You can be the best, most innovative, most caring manager in the world but if the people in your team don't like working at Dell or don't give scores of 9 & 10 then it's your fault. It's up to you to ensure they love their job and the workplace.
I've seen this happen to some really good managers who fell on their sword for terrible directors or workplace problems. Often it felt like he was Mohammed Saeed al-Sahhaf telling us everything was ok while chaos reigned in the background.
Former Services Manager here.. I told my team to be honest on Tell Dell. Well they were and my team was one of the lowest scores in the world. I took the hit, with a wfr shortly thereafter. Later learned, other managers told their teams 'its game', and it will reflect on 'Me' (the manager) and to just score high, and some mangers bribed their teams with shirts and other gifts for high scores.
hello McFly
@1nej+1v6hEniE - if your manager didn't get enough results for them to be "anonymized", they received no feedback so nothing to be reviewed.
Yeah, it’s by design.
They want our as--s gone.
The name of the game now is get hired somewhere and ghost this place, or hunker down and take the checks while they still get written.
never had one meeting this year to discuss the results. They wanted this swept under the carpet and quick. It bothered them.
Don't trust it one little bit.
Tick all the boxes, 10/10 for everything and of course we would love friends and family to come work here.
Would be a weird choice since their entire response was “well everywhere else is supposedly worse than us! Don’t look at how much our score dropped!”
