Porky probably thinks "it's lonely at the top, it's not just me. Previous Q CEO's weren't liked either". No dude, it is just you. I don't think most people felt that way about your predecessors. Just keep repeating what you learned in the Layoffs / Outsourcing 101 class in business school. Not an engineer, not a leader, zero compassion.
