There is no job security. All we are doing is waiting for the next round of layoffs and wondering if it'll be our turn then. This is not good for our mental health. And this place is certainly no longer good for my career. I'm looking to leave Takeda as fast as I can.

I agree. So many people have been "impacted" and more to come. Yet new non-DD&T roles are posted in the same locations impacted. Certain people are being promoted; others moved out. Typical I guess for large companies but it's terrible for morale.
